TRUST IN GOD AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF - REV DR. OWOYEMI

The President and General Overseer of the United Apostolic Church of Christ (UACC), Rev. Dr. James Bayo Owoyemi, has urged Nigerians to have faith in themselves and trust in God to achieve greatness in life. 

He made this call during the thanksgiving service commemorating the 59th Supreme Executive Council meeting, held at the church's general headquarters in Ajegunle, Lagos State, Nigeria.


According to a statement signed by Pastor Paul I. Erakhifu, Media Director of UACC, Rev. Dr. Owoyemi emphasized that believing in oneself and trusting God can lead to achieving heart desires and making great exploits beyond human imagination. 

He referenced biblical verses Philippians 4:13, Mark 10:27, and Matthew 19:26, stressing that all things are possible for those who trust God.


Rev. Dr. Owoyemi added that being uniquely created by God is enough reason to make great exploits on earth and achieve heart desires with ease. 

He outlined key factors to become an overcomer, including maintaining a cordial relationship with God, trusting Him, forgetting the past, and forgiving oneself.


The 59th Supreme Executive Council meeting was attended by top ministers of God, including the wife of UACC President, Rev. Mrs. Mary Owoyemi; General Superintendent, Rev. Ogunlade, Gen. Secretary Rev. Oluwatuase; General treasurer, Rev. Mrs. Olorunyomi, JP;  financial secretary, Rev Adeusi, Auditor General Rev. Felix Popoola, UIBC Provost, Rev. Afolabi; UACC National PRO, Rev. Balogun, Director of Media, Pastor  Paul I. Erakhifu, Director of Administration, Pst. Lawani, Director of protocol Pst. Daramola


The event featured music ministrations by the UACC Lagos mass choir, drama ministration, and more.

Rev. Dr. Owoyemi's message encourages Nigerians to tap into their potential and trust God to achieve greatness.
