WHAT ARE YOUR BACKGROUND

My name is Juba Bamidele the C.E.O of JBB Horticulture, Agroprenuer and Landscape Design Consult. I got my ordinary National diploma in Horticulture Technology and also bagged Higher National Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape Technology from federal College Of Forestry Jericho Ibadan.During my course of studies I was exposed to Horticultural Business and during my Industrial Training (I.T) attachment I was into Agricultural Business and its of benefit so I decide to choose it as a career

WHERE HAVE YOU WORKED PREVIOUSLY

My first job was with HAPPY HOME HORTICULTURE AND LANDSCAPE GARDEN Akure, Ondo State. At Happy Home Horticulture And Landscape Garden i gained a lot of Knowledge about horticulture and landscaping. With what i learn from there it helps me to be a certified Horticulturist and Landscape Designer. While my second job was at Croydon Innovation Nigeria Limited a piggery, fishery, sheep and goat, poultry and feedmilling company. Working with Croydon Innovation actually prepared me to be among the feeders of nation and making earth more habitable with the knowledge gained from the duo companies.



WHAT ARE THE GREATEST TREAT IN THE INDUSTRY
We had a challenge with marketing system and logistic is another nightmare challenge hence i had to form Partnership with Real'one Horticultural Garden  to ensure that the business would be a successful. Government is also an issue that hindered seamless progress,  to find the right people with an  incredible work ethinc is a treat



HOW CAN NIGERIA QUICKLY LAUNCH ITSELF INTO HORTICULTURAL TRADE

Horticulture in Nigeria has been swept under the carpet and is always captured under agriculture and I think that is not a very good idea because agriculture has specific specialization and subsectors such as animal science, veterinary medicine, crop science and horticulture among others.


WHO HAS BEEN THE GREATEST INFLUENCE IN YOUR LIFE

God is biggest influential in my life,have  a lot of people's who have positively influenced in my life but my family and closed friend will understand

WHAT ARE YOUR MISSION
My mission is to empower youth and eradicate poverty in Nigeria .


ADVICE FOR YOUTH IN NIGERIA
It is not the matter of who you are but it is  what you want to become let believe in ourselves and also trust God, Agric  pays! Sow today you will surely reaps.
Let go green youth
Agriculture is the backbone of the nation the best alternative for fuel is farm.
